- Registration details: for events involving students, the student name, age, division, and city.
- Payment information: processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not see or store full card numbers.
- Booking information: when you schedule a session, the date, time, and details you provide for that booking.
- Usage information: basic analytics about how visitors use the site, collected through standard web tools.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To process your purchase and confirm your registration.
- To send you confirmations, schedules, reminders, and event updates.
- To schedule and deliver private and one-on-one sessions.
- To respond to your questions and provide customer support.
- To improve our events, content, and website.
4. How Your Information Is Shared
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the trusted service providers that help us operate, and only as needed to deliver our services:
- Stripe for secure payment processing.
- Mailgun for sending transactional and confirmation emails.
- Google for calendar scheduling of booked sessions.
- Twilio for delivering text messages to subscribers who opted in to our SMS program.
- Supabase for secure storage of registration data.
We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and the safety of our customers.
5. SMS / Text Messaging
If you opt in to our SMS program at paulbecker.ai/sms-optin or by texting START to +1 (323) 612-1972, we collect your mobile phone number and your consent to receive text messages. We use this information only to send you the messages you agreed to receive, as described in our SMS Terms & Conditions. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the categories of sharing described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, except the SMS service provider (Twilio) that delivers our messages on our behalf.
6. Cookies and Analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies, including standard advertising and analytics pixels, to understand site traffic and improve the experience. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
7. Children and Minors
Many of our programs are designed for young performers. When a participant is a minor, registration and personal details are provided by a parent or guardian, who consents to this policy on the minor's behalf. We collect only the information necessary to deliver the program safely.
