SMS Terms & Conditions

Effective July 3, 2026 · These terms govern the Paul Becker / Becker Creations SMS text message program.

1. Program Description

The Paul Becker / Becker Creations SMS program ("the Program") is operated by Becker Creations LLC ("we," "us"). Subscribers receive recurring automated text messages including event and live session reminders, class and workshop schedules, venue and time details, links to join live video sessions, and announcements about new classes, workshops, and community events.

2. Opting In

You can join the Program only by giving express written consent yourself, in one of two ways:

When you opt in, you will receive a one-time confirmation message. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Joining the Program is entirely voluntary and is never required to buy, register for, or receive any product, service, or event.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on upcoming events, classes, and announcements. These are recurring messages; you will continue to receive them until you opt out.

4. Cost

We never charge for the messages we send, but message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier depending on your messaging plan. Contact your carrier for details.

5. Opting Out

You can cancel at any time. Reply STOP (or STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT) to any message from us. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further messages. 7. Carrier Disclaimer

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator and your device.

8. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to participate in the Program. By opting in, you confirm that you are the account holder of the mobile number provided or have the account holder's permission to enroll it.

9. Privacy

Your phone number is used only to send you the messages described above. We do not sell your personal information, and your mobile opt-in data is never shared with third parties for their marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your information.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the most recent version. Material changes will be communicated through the Program or on this page.
